How to return an order

  1. You will need to provide the email address you used when placing your order and your order number.
  2. Once you have selected the model and size and the reason for return, you will need to confirm your address so we can create your return label. This label will be sent to you by email; you must affix it to the outside of the box. You will need to drop off the package at a pickup point (the closest ones to your postal code will appear).

How to prepare your return

  1. Place the products inside their original box and then inside the shipping box in which they were delivered. They must be returned in perfect condition. Seal the shipping box; you can use tape. If you no longer have the shipping box, you can return them in any other box as long as it is properly sealed.
  2. Once we receive the items at our warehouse, we will process the refund (it may take 7-20 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your country and your bank). You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed.

Conditions for making a return

  1. All items purchased in our physical stores can be returned or exchanged only in our physical stores within 30 days. You must keep the electronic receipt or physical ticket. Presenting it at the store is required for any verification, exchange, or return. The item must be returned in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money. Exchanges for size or model are only accepted for items purchased in our physical store.
  2. You can make an online return only for items purchased in our online store within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original box or packaging, with laces and all accessories included.
  3. Online returns of items purchased in our physical stores are possible under certain conditions, and they must be in their original condition and with the packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items arrive damaged.
  4. Purchases made from our outlet section cannot be exchanged or returned.

How to prepare your return

  1. You must return the products in perfect condition, inside their original box, and then inside the shipping box in which they were delivered. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, with all accessories, and the box must not have any writing or paint on it.
  2. You can seal the shipping box with packing tape or similar. If you no longer have the shipping box in which we sent the shoes, you can return them in any other box, as long as it is properly sealed.
